We’re currently looking for a strong, motivated Office Manager to join our busy and growing practice in beautiful Vernon. This is a key leadership role within our clinic — ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, supporting a team, and creating a positive, well-run environment for both patients and staff.
Our office is supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team who work closely together. We’re now looking for the right person to help lead our front-end operations and continue delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
Days: Monday – Friday

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing day-to-day front office operations
- Managing accounts receivable and payable
- Coordinating schedules to support a productive, well-balanced day
- Supporting HR functions including onboarding and team coordination
- Ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience from first contact to completion
- Working closely with leadership to keep systems organized and efficient
