Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter to join our construction and restoration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, concrete finishing, and the use of various hand and power tools. This role involves working on diverse projects including siding, framing, and restoration work, contributing to high-quality building and renovation efforts. Candidates should be comfortable with heavy lifting, operating heavy equipment, and reading schematics or blueprints to ensure precise execution of tasks. Responsibilities
- Candidate should be familiar with blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction projects
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related restoration tasks with precision
- Install siding, framing, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
- Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation and material handling
- Utilize woodworking skills for custom carpentry projects and detailed finish work
- Conduct welding as required for structural repairs or custom fabrications
- Assist with heavy lifting and material movement across job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized work area adhering to safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met efficiently
Skills
