The Service Advisor is the dealership’s front-line guest relations and service sales representative. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while identifying service and maintenance needs, providing professional recommendations, and ensuring a seamless service visit from start to finish.

As a Lexus Service Advisor you are responsible for:
- Promptly welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Listen to guest concerns and accurately document service requirements.
- Provide clear and accurate estimates for recommended maintenance and repair work.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to document vehicle condition and identify items that may require attention.
- Present maintenance recommendations based on the manufacturer's schedule.
- Keep guests informed throughout the service process and ensure all questions are answered.
- Coordinate with technicians and internal departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.
