Développeur Lead - Startup Technologique Immobilière
Je suis dans la location depuis 6 ans. Je connais chaque processus brisé, chaque lacune, chaque inefficacité qui coûte de l'argent aux propriétaires. Maintenant, je construis la solution.
Ce qu'on construit : Une plateforme de location résidentielle sans contact, débutant avec le marché locatif québécois — les locataires magasinent, appliquent et signent en ligne, sans avoir besoin d'une visite physique avant d'appliquer. C'est une plateforme multi-utilisateurs — propriétaire, locataire et admin y cohabitent, chacun avec ses propres parcours : inscriptions, approbations, permissions, données qui circulent proprement entre les trois côtés. C'est un projet à large portée qui nécessite une personne qui comprend non seulement l'architecture des systèmes, mais aussi le business et la vision.
Je n'ai pas besoin du développeur le plus avancé dans la pièce — j'ai besoin du plus engagé. Quelqu'un avec du cœur. Tu ne disparais pas quand c'est difficile. Tu sais combler les lacunes. Tu vois quelque chose se construire et tu veux embarquer.
Qualifications :
- Tu sais coder (full-stack préféré, Next.js/TypeScript un atout)
- Tu as de fortes compétences en design UI
- Tu maîtrises les outils de codage IA — je veux que tu t'appuies sur l'IA pour livrer vite
- Tu livres vite
- Tu tiens plus au momentum qu'à la perfection
- Une capacité à identifier les problèmes et à combler les lacunes là où on ne peut pas (ex : si on te demande de bâtir quelque chose à l'interne, tu peux faire ta propre recherche et si tu penses qu'une intégration API serait plus simple, tu peux le proposer)
- Tu as livré quelque chose — n'importe quoi — dont tu es fier
- Tu veux t'enrichir par l'équité plutôt que par un salaire
- Enthousiasme général et volonté de travailler tard, surtout si tu as déjà un emploi à temps plein

Lead Developer - Real Estate Tech Startup
I've been in leasing for 6 years. I know every broken process, every gap, every inefficiency that costs landlords money. Now I'm building the solution.
What we're building: A contactless residential leasing platform starting with the Quebec rental market — renters browse, apply, and sign online, without needing a physical tour before they apply. This is a multi-user platform — landlord, renter, and admin all live inside it, each with their own flows: sign-ups, approvals, permissions, data moving cleanly between all three sides. It's a full-breadth project and requires a person who not only understands systems architecture but also understands the business and the vision.
I do not need the most advanced software developer in the room - I need the most committed one. Someone with heart. You don't disappear when it's hard. You know how to fill in the gaps. You see something being built and you want in.
Qualifications:
- You can code (full-stack preferred, Next.js/TypeScript a plus)
- Have strong UI design skills
- Proficient with AI coding tools — I want you leaning on AI to ship fast
- Ship fast
- Care more about momentum than perfection
- An ability to identify the problems and fill in the gaps where we can't (ex: If we are asking you to build something in-house, you can do your own research and if you think an API integration is easier, propose it).
- You've shipped something - anything - that you're proud of
- You want to get rich through equity ownership
- General enthusiasm and willingness to work late hours, especially if you already have a full-time job
