Experience We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Stylist with downtown Toronto Experience: Strong foundational skills in cut, colour, and styling. You need to have a professional Instagram account showcasing your diverse skills in hairstyling.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-end environment without compromising quality.
- Client Retention and Relationship Building: Skilled at building long-term relationships, have an existing clientele or the ability to grow one.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and committed to delivering a welcoming experience for every client.
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed stylist.
- Clientele retention skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Interest in professional growth, learning, and sustainable practices. Friendly, professional, and courteous customer service.
