The Role:
As the Office Administrator, you will be friendly and outgoing, with great attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills. You have exceptional oral and written communication skills, are polite, confident and are excellent at time management. You will be our first point of contact for our clients. Duties include answering and forwarding telephone calls, providing basic information to clients, greeting and directing clients to appropriate departments or contacts, data entry, and performing general clerical duties. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Licensing
If you already hold a valid insurance license, great. If not, you must be willing to complete the licensing course as a condition of employment. We’ll support you through the process, but this step is essential for the role.
Our Nice to Haves:
- Experience in an insurance brokerage and/or with Applied Systems (TAM or Epic);
- Basic accounting knowledge would be an asset;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of products;
- Two or more years of work experience in an office environment.
