What You'll Do
Lead Client Relationships
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for your clients, building trust and ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and understood.
Lead Delivery
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Protect Scope and Margins
Own project scope, budget performance, and profitability. Work proactively with clients and internal teams to manage change, align expectations, and ensure engagements remain successful for both the client and Direct Focus.
Lead Account Planning
Develop annual account plans, lead quarterly business reviews, and help clients connect marketing activity to business objectives.
Identify Opportunities
Look beyond individual projects and help clients uncover opportunities to improve performance, simplify execution, and create greater business value.
Support Team Success
Guide Account Coordinators and foster strong collaboration across strategy, operations, creative, production, and client teams.

What You Bring
- 4–7 years of agency, marketing, client service, or project leadership experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Ability to balance multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working within collaborative, cross-functional teams
Experience in B2B marketing, agency environments, or marketing operations is considered an asset.
