Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to established recipes and standards
- Preparing and baking bread
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Handle food with proper safety and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by performing various prep tasks as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings if required
- A passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality culinary experiences
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
