Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced CPA Manager to lead our accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will oversee a team responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role requires a strong background in accounting software, corporate finance, and auditing practices to drive efficiency and accuracy across all financial functions.
Duties
- Manage and supervise accounting activities including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely processing and accuracy.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and other financial tools to maintain precise financial records.
- Conduct account analysis and support budgeting processes to facilitate strategic planning.
- Lead auditing procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure adherence to relevant payroll regulations.
- Perform financial reporting, prepare statements, and assist in financial services operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve workflows related to accounting and finance functions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and standards related to corporate finance.

Experience
- Proven experience in accounting management or a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, account analysis, budgeting, and auditing processes.
- Experience with payroll management and financial reporting is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high accuracy in financial data management.
- Professional certification such as CPA is preferred but not mandatory; however, significant experience in accounting is required. Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
