PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Support SJA Community Service programs across SWO Ontario
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Assist with the promotion of SJA Medical First Responder, Therapy Dog and Youth programs
Provide support to Community Services programs in the areas of volunteer recruitment andrecognition
Maintain volunteer and Community Services event data records
Support fundraising and community relations activities
Respond to incoming community event requests
Assist in development and coordination of volunteer recognition events
All other duties as required by the Community Services Coordinator
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Strong computer / software abilities – MS office: Word, Excel, CRM
Experience with database software
Ability to work on own initiative
Solid organizational, interpersonal & communication skills
Able to prioritize and schedule multiple tasks and respond to changing priorities
