We are currently looking for a motivated, reliable, and hands-on Facility Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and installation needs of our growing network of locations.
Position Overview
This is a travel-based role based out of our Mississauga office. The technician will travel regularly to Next Golf locations across Ontario to complete maintenance work, simulator bay repairs, equipment installations, and facility improvement projects. A company-provided vehicle will be available for approved work-related travel. Approved travel time and fuel costs are covered by the company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and taking pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, and fully functional.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel regularly to Next Golf locations across Ontario for scheduled maintenance and service work
- Perform general facility repairs, including drywall, painting, patching, minor carpentry, and other maintenance tasks
- Replace simulator turf, impact screens, mounts, and related simulator components
- Assemble and install equipment, fixtures, and facility items at new and existing locations
- Complete light technical troubleshooting for golf simulators and related systems
- Support facility setup, renovations, repairs, and improvement projects
- Ensure simulator bays and common areas remain clean, safe, and functional
- Report maintenance concerns, damage, and repair recommendations to head office
- Work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism
Qualifications
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Experience with light-to-moderate repair work, maintenance, or installation tasks
- Physically capable of lifting, moving, and installing equipment
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence required
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle is considered a strong asset
- Willing and able to travel regularly throughout Ontario
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills are an asset
- Golf knowledge or interest is beneficial but not required

Schedule

Compensation
Starting from $22/hour, based on experience.
Work Location
This is an on-the-road position. The role is based out of our Mississauga office, with regular travel to Next Golf locations across Ontario.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
