Te Koop is looking for an outgoing, reliable, and experienced Key Holder to join our retail team!
We’re a Toronto-based retailer specializing in bags, accessories, travel goods, and lifestyle products from brands like BAGGU, Bellroy, Evergoods, and more.
As a Key Holder, you’ll help support the day-to-day operations of the store while creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer. We’re looking for someone who is confident working independently, takes initiative, and can provide leadership and direction to the team when management is not present.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store independently
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service
- Drive sales and help the team achieve daily and monthly sales goals
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Provide direction and support to sales associates when management is not present
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
- Receive and organize inventory
- Assist with merchandising and product displays
- Follow all store policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Key Holder experience is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, responsible, and comfortable opening and closing the store independently
- Confident providing direction to other team members
- Able to take initiative and solve problems independently
- Sales-focused and motivated to achieve goals
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
