Vending Machine Route Attendant and Merchandiser
Big Beaver Ice & Coffee Co. Is seeking one full-time permanent hire for the position of Vending Machine Route Attendant and Merchandiser. We are a family-owned and operated company with a dedication to providing “dam” good service. No previous experience is required, just an eagerness to learn and take on new tasks and responsibilities.
As a candidate you must:
- Have a positive attitude and be service minded. Customer service is the backbone of our company!
- Possess a solid work ethic and have a high standard for yourself and respect for others
- Present yourself well, and be capable of interacting with customers and staff via verbal and written correspondence.
- Be trustworthy, prompt and reliable.
- Be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
Route Attendant and Merchandiser job duties and responsibilities:
- Serves accounts by referencing daily travel schedules, and packing required product; resolving problems.
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance.
- Documents service and actions by completing logs and reports.
Service Technician skills and qualifications:
- A G class license to be able to drive to locations.
- You must be physically capable of lifting 45 lbs, going upstairs, and walking long distances.
- Detail-oriented; able to keep track of the number of products delivered.
- Mechanically inclined; must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00+ per hour
Schedule:
- 6:30am - 4:00pm
- 4 day work week, Monday to Thursday
- Day Shift
