About the Role
The Graphics Installer is responsible for executing high-quality vinyl graphic installations on vehicles and other surfaces, ensuring all projects are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for installation of vinyl decals, lettering, and wraps
- Install vinyl graphics on various vehicles and surfaces, both in-house and at customer locations
- Support production team with decal manufacturing as needed
- Provide customer service through phone communications and on site interactions
- Create and deliver timely customer quotes
- Process and document work orders
- Assist with weeding and cutting, and other production tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- 1-3 years of Graphic Design experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Meticulous attention to detail

- Self-directed with effective prioritization skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure

Preferred Qualifications
- Vinyl installation certification
- 3M certification
- Experience installing graphics specifically for automobiles
- Large format printing experience
Work Environment
- Comfort working at heights (ladders, scaffolding, etc.)
- Ability to take and read precise measurements
