Who We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is more than just a great coach—they’re a team player, a role model, and someone who sees the bigger picture of child development through sport.
Must-Have Qualifications:
✔ Minimum of Comp 2 WAG trained with the desire to become certified
✔ Sees coaching as a long-term career
✔ Can coach and spot from beginner to advanced levels
✔ Confident with all levels of the Women’s Development Program (Xcel Programs and CCP)
✔ Comfortable teaching children of all ages and abilities
✔ Strong communicator who works well with parents and colleagues
✔ Creative, fun, and intentional with lesson planning and deliver
✔ Able to commit to coaching 5 days/week (weekdays and weekends)
✔ Background check with vulnerable Sector Screening
✔ Respect in Sport certification
✔ First Aid/CPR required
