We are currently seeking and have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Data Analytics Manager based out of our Rockview County, AB (293029 James Jones Way #101, Balzac, AB) location.
A strategic and hands-on Data Analytics Manager will lead the Canadian data analytics function, driving excellence in data strategy, governance, and operational execution across Source Atlantic and Bolt Supply House. This role serves as a key bridge between business leaders and analytics, ensuring data initiatives are aligned with organizational objectives. The Manager will champion centralized data access, scalable analytics platforms, and a strong culture of data-driven decision-making, while maintaining high standards for data quality, integrity, and compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit and develop analytics talent to meet evolving business and strategic needs
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the analytics team, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Partner closely with FP&A and cross-functional leaders to align analytics priorities and deliverables
- Contribute to the development and execution of the enterprise data and analytics strategy
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and reports
- Ensure centralized, governed access to data and approved analytical models across the organization
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to support leadership decision-making
- Support the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of analytics tools, platforms, and data architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, define KPIs, and measure business performance
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and self-serve analytics across the organization
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles, preferably in multi-entity, multi-region environments
- Proven experience leading analytics teams and delivering strategic, business-focused insights
- Strong knowledge of data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and modern data platforms
- Hands-on experience with data governance, data quality, compliance, and privacy standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
- A customer-service mindset with the ability to support both internal and external stakeholders
