Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Counsel to join a global company in their legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice, draft and review legal documents, and support the organization in managing legal risks. This role requires strong research, negotiation, and writing skills, with a focus on ensuring compliance and protecting the company's interests.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including service and manufacturing contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, customer service, marketing) to align contract terms and language
- Provide guidance and interpretation on contractual and legal matters to internal stakeholders
- Support the Senior Legal Counsel with day-to-day legal tasks and file management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- 3-5 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation, ideally in a corporate or in-house environment
- Bilingual in French and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial agreements
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
