TidyWay is a residential cleaning company hiring experienced, reliable cleaners in London, Ontario and surrounding areas. We work on a flexible contractor model — you choose which jobs to accept and set your own schedule around your availability. Pay: $22–$32 per hour (based on job size and scope)
Most cleaners earn $120–$200+ per day depending on the number of jobs completed.
Payments are sent weekly.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential home cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)
- Follow a standard cleaning checklist to ensure consistent quality
- Arrive on time and complete jobs within the scheduled timeframe
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada — no sponsorship available
- Must currently reside in or within commuting distance of London, Ontario
- 1+ year of residential or housekeeping cleaning experience required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a smartphone for job notifications and communication
- Must be able to provide basic cleaning supplies
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently
