Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of documents
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial record-keeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills, including experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to handle filing systems effectively and manage front desk operations smoothly
Pay: $65,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
