We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our clients. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in hair styling while delivering top-notch customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of hair cutting, shaving, and grooming services for clients
- Provide consultations to understand clients' preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize tools, workstations, and equipment regularly
- Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner to ensure satisfaction
- Handle retail sales of grooming products and promote their benefits
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate appointments and ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of barber experience
- Proven experience as a Barber with expertise in hair styling techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations and willingness to maintain a clean work environment
- Proficiency in retail sales to promote grooming products effectively
- Experience in front desk duties is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
