Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Italian-inspired dishes while maintaining high quality and consistency.
Follow recipes, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Manage food preparation, portioning, and plating.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with inventory and kitchen organization as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a chef or line cook, preferably with Italian cuisine.
Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Ability to work flexible weekday and weekend shifts.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
