Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide information about exhibits, collections, and upcoming events
- Take payments
- Maintain accurate records using databases related to collections, visitor attendance, and educational activities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing visitor inquiries and ensuring a positive experience
Skills
- Background in history, folklore and an understanding of the Titanic and its Newfoundland connection.
- Excellent customer service skills to create an inviting atmosphere for all visitors
