Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner and Housekeeping/Home Support Worker to provide exceptional cleaning and support services to our clients. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare meals or assist with cooking as needed, adhering to client preferences and dietary requirements
- Organize and maintain household items to promote efficiency and cleanliness
- Provide home support services such as grocery shopping, errands, or light household organization
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and maintained properly
- Maintain confidentiality and respect clients’ privacy at all times
Skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning environments
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform light cooking and meal preparation tailored to client needs
- Good communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to handle laundry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, respectful attitude
- Hospitality experience is advantageous for understanding client expectations
- Reliable transportation or the ability to travel between client locations as needed
