Urban International School is looking for a teacher for intermediate/senior math & science tutor/ curriculum developer!
Job Duties:
- Teach and Manage classroom
- Develop Curricula
- Create lesson plans, and unit plans
- Keep student records on gradebooks
- File report cards twice a semester (midterm and final)
- Administer and grade assessments, and provide constructive feedback
- Create a safe learning environment
Qualifications:
- Some teaching experiences
- Able to modify assessments for ESL students
- Good knowledge in Ontario high school math and Computer Studies (Ontario curricula)
- Good knowledge in math and computer studies Ontario high school curriculum
- Good communication skills
- Able to cater lessons to different students' need and provide diverse assessments
- Have experience teaching ESL students
- Able to use basic Microsoft Office including Docs, Powerpoint, and Excel
Urban International School is a private high school located in Toronto, Ontario.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
