Overview
We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team and gain hands-on experience in electrical systems within industrial and construction environments. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to develop technical skills under the guidance of experienced electricians, contributing to various electrical projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and foundational knowledge of electrical principles.
Duties
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in industrial and construction settings
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform wiring, conduit bending, and equipment assembly
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to support project execution
- Work with low voltage systems and assist in troubleshooting electrical issues
- Support in the installation of electrical components following safety standards and building codes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites
- Follow instructions carefully while progressing through training modules and on-the-job tasks
Requirements
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and construction processes
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprint reading, and low voltage wiring is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Prior experience as an industrial electrician or in electrical work is a plus
- Ability to work safely in construction environments with adherence to safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between job sites

Pay: $18.15-$40.00 per hour
