Position Details
- 8 - 10 hour shifts per day
- Local work in Saskatoon
Key Responsibilities
- Lead plumbing scopes for commercial and residential projects in Saskatoon.
- Along with the site foreman, ensure quality control and customer service excellence.
- Install and repair complex plumbing systems, water heaters, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for plumbing installations.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and work to resolve them.
- Enforce company safety protocols, policies, culture and promote a positive work environment.
- Follow manufacturer specifications for repairs and maintenance.
- High attention to detail and producing top quality workmanship.
- Keep work sites clean and organized to ensure a safe working environment.
- Mentor and supervise apprentice plumbers.
- Provide friendly and professional service, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
Key Requirements
- Prior residential plumbing experience is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work.
