We Are Hiring: Servers and Bartenders
We’re looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and driven individuals who are ready to be part of the exciting journey of launching a brand-new restaurant and bar. This is your chance to help shape the story of Night Owl Kitchen + Bar and bring energy and excellence to our opening team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred—we want individuals who are confident in providing exceptional guest experiences.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments for our guests.
- Team players who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are just as excited as we are about being part of White Rock’s first bar on East Beach.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.85-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
