Key Responsibilities
- Hit Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume benchmarks.
- Close Deals: Convert showroom visitors and inbound leads into paying design contracts.
- B2B Business Development: Actively prospect and build partnerships with local Calgary builders, contractors, and interior designers.
- Project Consultation: Guide clients through material selection, layout options, and budgeting.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline from initial measurement requests to final installation sign-off.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Proven Sales Track Record: 3+ years of retail sales, kitchen design sales, or construction-related sales experience.
- Target-Driven Mindset: A self-starter who treats goals as floor limits, not ceilings.
- Industry Software Skills: Experience with 2020 Design, AutoCAD, Mozaik or similar cabinet design software is highly preferred.
- Local Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Calgary residential renovation and home-building market.
- Excellent Closer: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Compensation & Performance IncentivesWe believe in rewarding top performers heavily. Your financial success is tied directly to your drive:
- Base Salary: Stable, competitive base pay ($45,000 - $80,000 depending on experience).
- Uncapped Commissions: Earn a direct percentage on every cabinet package and design contract sold.
- Target Tier Incentives: Additional cash bonuses and milestone multipliers unlocked immediately upon hitting monthly sales quotas.
- Growth Potential: Opportunity to build and lead a dedicated sales team as volume expands.
Pay: $42,500.00-$150,968.52 per year
