Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Shipment Resolution Representative to join their team. As a Shipment Resolution Representative, you will be part of the Shipping Department supporting freight sorting, shipment resolution, and freight handling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Shipment Resolution Representative
Location: Mount Hope, ON
Pay Range: $17.60 / hr
Shift: Monday to Friday, 16:00-20:00, 20 hours per week
What's the Job?
- Sort freight for shipment resolution room (SRR)
- Handle returns and work on damaged freight
- Assist with freight scanning and label reading
- Support shipment resolution tasks in a warehouse environment
- Ensure safety standards by wearing steel toe shoes and lifting up to 70 pounds
What's Needed?
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds safely
- Steel toe shoes required
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with scanning freight
- Good attention to detail and ability to read labels accurately
- No prior experience required; training provided
