We're looking for an experienced, highly organized chef to oversee the operational backbone of our busy restaurant.
This role is focused on ensuring our kitchen is prepared for success every day through exceptional organization, inventory management, purchasing and production planning. While you'll support the culinary team, this is not primarily a line cooking position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily prep production across the kitchen
- Manage ordering and supplier relationships
- Maintain inventory accuracy and complete regular stock counts
- Monitor food cost, waste and purchasing
- Ensure prep lists and production schedules are executed
- Maintain food safety and organization standards
- Support menu rollouts and recipe implementation
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent inventory and ordering experience
- Solid understanding of food costing
- Calm under pressure with great attention to detail
- Leadership experience in high-volume kitchens
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and kitchen management systems
- Willing to jump in where needed, while keeping the bigger picture running smoothly

Pay: $68,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
