Concrete Polishing / Epoxy Flooring Installer

Vanguard Painting has been in business for 28 years and is proud to be one of Vancouver’s best.
We’re hiring experienced, hard-working, reliable people for full-time concrete polishing and floor coating work. You’ll be working alongside other professional painters and coating installers with great foremen, stable work, and lots of hours.
Pay: $25–$40/hour, depending on experience and production ability.
Required / preferred experience:
- Concrete grinding, polishing, and surface prep
- Epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane cement, or MMA flooring systems
- Planetary grinders, vacuums, and hand grinders
- Broadcast systems such as flake, quartz, and sand
Assets:
- Polished concrete densifiers, guards, and stain systems
- Concrete crack repair and patching
- Valid driver’s license
Also hiring labourers
We are also looking for motivated labourers interested in learning the concrete coatings trade.
- Construction experience preferred
- Willing to train the right person
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are highly valued
These projects may each last a couple of months, but we are looking to hire for full-time ongoing work.
