Position Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, banquet party, and lounge, leading day-to-day operations while ensuring service excellence, food quality, compliance, cost control, and team effectiveness. This role oversees staffing, scheduling, training, customer service, inventory, and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant and banquet party operations to uphold service, food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Recruit, train, coach, and supervise staff to build a strong, guest-focused team.
- Manage scheduling, labour, inventory & purchasing, and operating resources to support efficient and profitable performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, employment, and operational requirements.
- Monitor guest experience and respond promptly to service issues or concerns.
- Support sales growth, customer loyalty, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports, remittances, and franchise-related documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure readiness and service consistency.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant leadership or management experience required.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, labour scheduling, and team supervision.
- Experience with inventory control, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Post-secondary education or training in hospitality, restaurant management, business, or a related field is an asset.
- Proficiency in the Tagalog language is highly considered an asset.
- A valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's license is required.

Reporting Relationship
The Restaurant Manager reports directly to the Managing Directors (Franchisee).

Pay: $47,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
