Walker Custom Aluminum Boats is looking for an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. We build high-quality custom aluminum boats and need someone to help keep the office running smoothly, support customer communication, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answering emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries
- Preparing and organizing quotes, invoices, contracts, and job files
- Assisting with scheduling, ordering, and supplier communication
- Maintaining customer records and project details
- Helping coordinate paperwork for boat builds, payments, and deliveries
- Supporting the owner and production team with general office tasks
- Keeping the office organized and professional
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, documents, and basic office software
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and follow up without being reminded
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Experience in administration, bookkeeping, sales support, or customer service is an asset
- Marine, manufacturing, or construction office experience is a bonus, but not required
