We are currently looking for experienced Senior Site Supers. As a Senior Super (SS) you will be responsible for creating a structured work environment and manage a project and its resources effectively.
Success candidates are organized, effective communicators and have comprehensive knowledge of current rules and codes including Construction Projects Regulations (OHSA). Our most successful Senior Site Supers:
- Are efficient time managers. Prioritize tasks to ensure timelines and project goals are met. Coordinate schedules for workers and subtrades and plan for delivery of materials to ensure proper workflow throughout the project. Schedule inspections and safeguard against delays by monitoring performance. Identifying any issues before they can impact target dates.
- Are key mentors. Show strong leadership and cultivate a positive work environment, by engaging respectfully with all parties involved. Correspond regularly with all project partners to ensure projected targets are met. Effectively communicate scope of work to all employees, trades and subcontractors to optimize productivity. Oversee that all regulatory health and safety requirements, building codes and employment standards are being followed. Promote a safe and secure workspace by effectively applying Frecon’s policies and protocols.
- Are organized. Maintain job logs, compliance reports, blueprints and specifications. Ensure all change orders and specifications are current. Retain all site correspondence and verify all workers are compliant. Prepare for and coordinate inspections. Keep accurate track of materials to prevent delays. Submit invoices, purchase orders and timesheets promptly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
