Responsibilities:

Review and process new account applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.

Conduct thorough due diligence checks and verification procedures to meet regulatory and compliance standards.

Perform account maintenance tasks, such as updating customer information, account closures, and account transfers, in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Monitor and manage documentation retention in compliance with record-keeping regulations.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Collaborate with team members and support a positive and cooperative work environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications:

Prior experience in banking operations is preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing and verifying documentation.

Proficient computer skills, including experience with banking systems and MS Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
