Modo Inc. is a custom millwork manufacturer, specializing in high-end specialty cabinets millwork fabrication.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to read blueprints, manufacture and build cabinets from a blueprint
- Operate woodworking machines and use hand tools to cut, shape, and form parts and components
- Make cutting lists to job specifications
- Ability to work with sheet goods, veneers and solid wood
- Prepare and assemble cabinets for installation
- Install cabinets and custom millwork with a team
Experience / Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cabinet maker, or similar experience in the woodworking industry
- Minimum secondary school education preferred
- Good knowledge of cabinet construction ie: kitchens, bars, vanities and custom millwork
- Skilled in machining, finishing and installation
- Ability to use various hand and power tools such as sanders, routers, saws, and edge bander
- Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Open to ongoing learning and training
- Positive attitude, dependable and energetic
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$37.00 per hour
