Nisi Greek Taverna is a growing, hospitality-driven restaurant in Burlington focused on elevated Greek cuisine, strong team culture, and delivering memorable guest experiences. We are currently looking for a hardworking, dependable Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward to join our Back of House team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping a clean, organized kitchen and wants to grow within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area, kitchen, and storage areas
- Support kitchen team with cleaning, garbage removal, and closing duties
- Assist with basic prep and stocking when needed
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health standards at all times
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment for the entire team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-first attitude with willingness to support BOH operations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is an asset, but not required — we are happy to train the right person
