Evolve Sparkling House is looking for an experienced, hospitality-driven Assistant Manager & Wine Club Lead to join our team for the 2026 season. This hybrid role combines tasting room leadership with hands-on management of our wine club program and member experience.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives in a fast-paced winery environment, loves creating memorable guest experiences, and is highly organized with a passion for wine, hospitality, and sales.
What You’ll Do
· Lead daily tasting room operations and support the Estate Manager
· Supervise and coach front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
· Drive wine sales, wine club memberships, and merchandise sales
· Oversee wine club communications, member support, billing and coordinate all annual club shipments and fulfillment.
· Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and service flow using Commerce7
· Coordinate inventory support for wine, retail products, and club shipments
· Handle guest concerns professionally and maintain high hospitality standards
· Support wine club growth, retention, and member engagement initiatives
· Assist with opening/closing procedures, event execution, and operational readiness
What We’re Looking For
· 3+ years of hospitality, retail, or winery leadership experience preferred
· Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
· Experience with Commerce7, POS/CRM systems, or similar platforms
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Comfortable balancing administrative tasks with floor leadership
· Passion for wine and creating exceptional guest experiences
· WSET, ISG, CAPS, or CMS certification considered an asset
· Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
· Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
· Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and at least 19 years old
Compensation & Perks
· $28-$31/hour + gratuities
