Subcontractor – Glass & Exterior Maintenance Technician
Pay: Starting at CA$25–$40/hour depending on experience

Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced subcontractor to join our team for residential and commercial maintenance and exterior projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with glass installation/repair and be comfortable operating lifts and working at heights.
Responsibilities
● Perform glass installation, replacement, and repair work.
● Operate aerial lifts and work safely at heights.
● Conduct exterior building maintenance and repair tasks.
● Complete minor carpentry, painting, caulking, and general maintenance work as required.
● Safely transport and handle materials, tools, and equipment.
● Troubleshoot issues on site and complete work efficiently.
● Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
● Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
● Follow all company and site safety procedures.
Requirements
● Previous experience with glass installation and/or glazing preferred.
● Lift certification/training required.
● Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.
● Experience with power tools and general construction practices.
● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
● Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
● Physically capable of lifting heavy materials when required.
● Must have reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
● Fall protection certification.
● Experience with swing stage, boom lifts, or scissor lifts.
● General construction or exterior maintenance background.

Pay: $20.00-$38.00 per hour
