The Role
We are seeking a high-impact Physician (Community) Liaison to serve as the primary relationship owner for community physicians, clinics, and referral partners. This role blends face-to-face engagement with robust digital and online interaction.
The successful candidate will be strategic with the ability to build meaningful relationships, drive service adoption, and represent the company professionally in person.
Key Responsibilities
Physician & Community Relationship Management
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with family physicians, specialists, nurse practitioners, and clinic managers
- Conduct regular in-person visits, meetings, and educational touchpoints
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for referral processes, service updates, and issue resolution
- Address physician and clinic pain points proactively and professionally
Marketing, Events & Education
- Plan and execute physician events, education sessions, and community initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, messaging, and materials
- Ensure consistent, clear, and compliant messaging across all channels
- Gather and relay market intelligence and competitor insights
- Online interaction metrics
- Provide regular, structured reporting to leadership with insights and recommendations
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams
- Share frontline insights to improve operations, service delivery, and patient experience
- Support a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in physician liaison, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, account management, or healthcare marketing
- Proven ability to build and sustain professional healthcare relationships
- Experience using EMR systems, reporting tools, and digital communication platforms
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
