Salon Manager
Bobi Nails is looking for an experienced and reliable Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, support our team, and help maintain a positive and professional environment for both staff and clients.
We are looking for someone who has real experience in the nail industry, understands salon operations, and is comfortable communicating in both English and Vietnamese. Formal certification is not required, but hands-on industry experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow throughout the day
* Support nail technicians and assist with team coordination when needed
* Help perform nail services during busy hours when additional support is required
* Communicate with clients professionally and help resolve customer concerns
* Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and general salon organization
* Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new staff members
* Monitor inventory, supplies, and product ordering
* Support front desk operations, bookings, POS transactions, and cash handling
* Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and service quality standards
* Help create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
* Assist with salon promotions, customer retention, and local marketing efforts
Requirements
* Previous experience working in a nail salon is required
* Must be able to perform nail services and assist the team when needed
* Management or supervisory experience is an asset
* Understanding of nail services, salon workflow, and customer service expectations
* Ability to communicate in both English and Vietnamese
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Organized, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable handling staff coordination and customer interactions
* Basic computer and POS system knowledge preferred
