You contribute directly to the organization’s performance by skillfully balancing business development, operational excellence, and people engagement, within a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-evolving environment.
- Mobilize, coach, and develop two distinct teams of internal sales representatives to increase engagement, retention, and talent development
- Drive sales performance by ensuring call targets and activity objectives are met, effectively delegating tasks, and monitoring attendance and overall efficiency
- Assess and enhance client interactions by reviewing calls and email communications for training, coaching, quality assurance, and internal sales development purposes
- Optimize internal sales approaches by continuously developing and improving product scenarios and scripts, particularly for asset retention and prospecting
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration between internal sales teams, wholesalers, business development associates, and internal partners
- Ensure operational rigor by overseeing data quality in customer relationship management systems, monitoring email campaigns, and optimizing sales tools
- Deploy a continuous product training program aligned with competitive standards and national sales meetings, while providing personalized coaching
Within the National Bank Investments sector, you are part of a large team of colleagues and report to the Regional Vice-President, Eastern Canada. Our team stands out for its strong culture of collaboration, results-driven mindset, and commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
The position is based in the Montreal office and requires on-site presence at least three days per week. We aim to offer maximum flexibility to support your quality of life, including a hybrid work environment and adaptable schedules.

- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of ten years of relevant experience in sales and business development
- Significant experience managing sales teams, ideally in an internal sales environment
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products
- Proven experience in performance monitoring and optimization of sales tools, including customer relationship management systems
- Availability for occasional travel
