We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and delivering an excellent in-store experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and confident in building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized product displays
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns effectively
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a results-driven mindset
- Basic math and computer skills
- Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

- Experience with upselling and closing sales
