Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations within our office environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with various office software. Previous experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, but not required. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients promptly and professionally at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry with accuracy into QuickBooks and other office management software
- Handle filing, record keeping, and document organization efficiently
- Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and basic financial recordkeeping as needed
- Provide excellent customer support and phone etiquette to ensure client satisfaction
- Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless office operations and communication
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping functions
- Strong computer skills including data entry, file management, and document proofreading
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred; medical or dental office experience is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and courteously
- Strong typing skills for accurate data entry and correspondence management
- Knowledge of front desk procedures and administrative best practices
