Sigma Cabinets is a growing custom cabinetry company specializing in high-end residential homes, renovations, and multi-family developments throughout Metro Vancouver.
We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand through engaging digital content and marketing initiatives. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, working with photos and videos, and collaborating with a design team in a creative environment.
Candidates with a background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design field are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Edit photos and short videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
- Update and maintain the company website with completed projects and new content.
- Create brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Organize and manage project photos, videos, and marketing assets.
- Assist with on-site project photography and video content when required.
- Assist the design team with project presentations, renderings, and other visual content when required.
- Write captions, website content, and other marketing copy.
- Maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing platforms.
- Research new marketing ideas, content trends, and social media best practices.
- Support additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience using Canva to create marketing materials and social media content.
- Experience editing short-form videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing business social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook).
- Experience updating websites (WordPress or similar platforms).
- Photography and/or videography skills.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Education or experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design field is an asset.
- Experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Mozaik, or similar design software is an asset.
- Valid BC driver's licence and access to a vehicle are an asset.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
