What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with precast concrete finishing and general production tasks
- Operating equipment such as forklifts (training can be provided)
- Performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment
- Working closely with team members to meet daily production goals
What we’re looking for:
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to handle physical work (lifting, standing, repetitive tasks)
- Team player who shows up on time and is ready to work
- Experience in precast concrete or forklift operation is an asset, but not required
