Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Licensed Plumber to join our team servicing the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to apply their expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools. As a licensed plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. This position requires a commitment to quality workmanship, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Service and repair commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogged drains, and plumbing fixtures
- Install and replace faucets, sinks, toilets, pumps, and valves
- Perform drain cleaning and snaking
- Conduct plumbing inspections and troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Perform preventive maintenance at commercial properties
- Respond to emergency service calls when required
- Provide clear recommendations and repair options to clients
- Complete work orders, photos, and reports using a smartphone
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment as needed for installation or repairs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes to maintain a safe work environment
Preferred Experience
- Valid Ontario 306A Plumber Certificate of Qualification (required)
- Commercial and restaurant plumbing
- Drain cleaning and sewer work
- Grease trap and grease interceptor maintenance
- Backflow prevention devices
- Camera inspections and drain diagnostics
- Emergency service and troubleshooting
- Commercial kitchen plumbing and equipment connections
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario 306A Plumber Certificate of Qualification (required)
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience
- Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to diagnose plumbing issues independently
