Job Summary
We are seeking motivated B2B Energy Consultants to join our commercial energy sales team. In this role, you will work with local businesses to help them reduce and stabilize their electricity and natural gas costs through consultative, value-driven conversations.
This is a performance-based, independent contractor role focused on commercial accounts only. You will engage business owners through a combination of remote outreach and scheduled appointments, supported by our internal call center and backend operations team.
This position is ideal for individuals who are self-driven, comfortable in sales environments, and motivated by performance-based income.
Responsibilities
- Engage commercial businesses to assess energy needs
- Present electricity and natural gas supply options
- Conduct consultative sales conversations
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Follow structured sales processes and training
- Track activity and opportunities through internal systems
- Close commercial energy agreements
- Maintain long-term client relationships for renewals and repeat commissions
Requirements
- Comfortable speaking with business owners
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet and phone access
- Previous B2B, sales, or door-to-door experience is an asset (not required)
- Entry-level candidates welcome (training provided)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
