We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician who will play a hybrid role, balancing billing coordination, patient care support, and clerical responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and analyze customer billing and accounts receivable.

Prepare invoices, audit and edit pre-bills, and resolve billing inquiries.

Monitor accounts receivable, perform reconciliations, and prepare reports on outstanding balances and collections.

Contact clients regarding payments, billing options, and account status.

Greet and direct patients, schedule appointments, and verify insurance eligibility.

Collect and process payments, reconcile patient accounts, and maintain accurate records.

Provide administrative support for patient inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.

Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Handle mail distribution, and preparation of invoices, receipts, and reports.

Support general office operations to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in Pharmacy Assistance, Medical Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in billing, pharmacy support, or patient services.

Knowledge of billing systems, pharmacy or healthcare software, and office tools.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written.
