Looking for part time / full time SUSHI BAR (SUSHI RICE ROLL MAN) assistant(s) to join our family run, fast paced sushi restaurant in Chilliwack. Hana sushi restaurant. Est.1996

- Experience is needed
- Someone who can roll basic sushi rolls. Hand rolls.
- Good communication and organization skills
- Listens well
- Training will be provided

Schedules available
- Half day shifts (closing/opening)
- Day shift / afternoon-evening shift
- Shifts with breaks
- Holidays
- Weekend availability

Responsibilities
- Assistant to sushi chef
- Preparation of washing rice, cooking rice, mixing rice.
- Preparation of fishes, rice rolls etc...
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in all forms of duties.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling
Experience
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is a plus
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods (sushi prep included)
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.25 per hour
